If you have Blue Tooth enabled on your PC you might have difficulties connecting the meter, Download the

software patch to fix the issue from here....

Instructions for the Blue Tooth patch after downloading:

1)            Have PC care installed but Quit ‘PC care program' if it is running.

2)            Run ‘Patch.exe'.

3)            Turn Blue Tooth ON if it's off.

4)            Restart ‘PC care program'

5)            Connect a meter to PC.

6)            Check its connection status.
